Delphi Football Beats Hammond Gavit

The Oracles were back in action last Friday night for a match up against the Hammond Gavit Gladiators. In the first quarter, junior Clint Rude ran the ball for 31 yards for a Delphi touchdown. Rude had a total of 301 rushing yards for the Oracles and 2 touchdowns. Delphi went on to win 43-26.

Tennis Places Third In Delphi Invitational

The Oracle Tennis team spent their Saturday on the courts for the Delphi Invitational. The Oracles placed 3rd out of 8 schools. Vladimir Danicic won his first round matches against Western Boone then was defeated by Western in the championship match. Seniors Josh Gillam and Elliott Atkinson won the championship doubles match for the Oracles.

Delphi was defeated 1-0 Thursday evening by non-conference opponent Caston. The Caston offense netted the only goal of the match deep into the second half. Each team tallied three shots on goal.
